Mystery today as there was heavy ice fall in Abuja (video)

Mysterious things are happening in our country, there was a heavy ice fall in Abuja today, watch video  below. 

As we all know that Nigeria is not the country where ice fall is normal,  especially places like Lagos, Abuja,  Port Harcourt and other states,  but mysteriously this evening in Abuja,  there was a heavy ice fall all round Abuja, could it be a change of Climate or what,  that has been the questions people were asking themselves.
